For returning and new players, please fill out the two forms below, register for your USA Hockey membership and select your payment option.  If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to help.  The St Louis Ice Queens welcome new and returning players of all skating abilities.  We love hockey and look forward to sharing that with you!  We hope to see you on June 8th!
